Growth isn’t always linear. It usually comes from failure, or learning something you didn’t know before - about yourself, about a situation or a concept, a challenge in your belief system. Growth is hard, but staying the same, staying in the cracks, in the low points is even harder. When you allow yourself to adapt, when you allow yourself to transform through both the highs and lows, is when you find who you’re meant to be.
